our recent stay at muweti bush lodge was incredible. the hosts, guides, and staff were all so friendly and helpful. the lodges were clean and comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony. the food was delicious and the game drives were a highlight. overall, a perfect family holiday.

Lack of clean toilet facilities.

We had an incredible time at Muweti Bush Lodge. The tent lodges were beautifully decorated, with a deep soak bath that overlooked the bush where wild elephants roam. The wood finish throughout added a touch of elegance. The dining area offered a stunning view of the pool, where we even had elephants joining us during breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, and the owners, Mike and Laura, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rangers provided top-notch game drives, where we saw a variety of animals, including giraffes, elephants, antelope. However, the highlight was the exhilarating experience of hearing the roar of lions on our night safari, just 15 meters away from our open landrover jeep.

The bush lodge is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by the African savannah and offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The tented chalets provide privacy and a close connection with nature. Guests have praised the cleanliness of the rooms and the ample space they provide. The lodge also offers a range of facilities such as a pool, where guests can relax and enjoy refreshing drinks. The friendly and professional staff ensure that guests feel at home during their stay.

Some guests have reported the presence of bugs in the rooms, which is understandable considering the lodge's location in the bush. However, secure mosquito nets are provided to ensure a comfortable sleep.

The value for money at Muweti was exceptional. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with incredible wildlife right at our doorstep. The staff treated us like family and their passion for the lodge and the animals was evident throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding a wider variety of fresh fruits.

An African Big Game Experience: At this intimate lodge, the focus is on providing guests with an unforgettable African big game experience. During my stay, I witnessed elephants and other wildlife gathering at the lodge's waterhole, creating a mesmerizing sight that resembled a real-life nature documentary.

Access to Town: The lodge's secluded location in the private reserve park means that reaching the nearby town involves navigating a bumpy road through the park, which may not be ideal for those looking for easy access to urban amenities.

Our stay at this lodge was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, Mike greeted us with a warm welcome and made us feel like part of the family. The location was stunning, surrounded by nature and waking up to the sounds of animals was jaw-dropping. The lodge itself was luxurious, with a small private pool and beautifully maintained cottages. The food was super delicious and the hosts took great care of us, giving us the best tips for our vacation. The game drives with Hardus and Jana were an incredible experience, and their knowledge of the wildlife and vegetation was impressive. African Big Game Experience: I felt like I was in an exhilarating scene from The Lion King, with elephants and other game coming to drink at the waterhole.

Limited self-catering: Kitchen facilities in the private cottage were not as fully-equipped as expected.

Had a great time in South Africa! Loved being out in the wild, seeing all the animals up close. the guides were super knowledgeable and made the game drives fun. the accommodations were cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also enjoyed the beautiful views of the bush from our room.

One thing that bothered me was the lack of variety in the food. the meals were good, but it felt like we were eating the same thing every day.
